1976 Gibson SG Custom walnut brown

1976 Gibson SG Custom, walnut brown. Made in USA, serial number 00144543. This guitar is 100% original except for one volume pot. We purchased this without the original case but found a period correct mid 1970s Gibson SG formfit hardshell case with velvet plush interior. The frets on this one are true fretless wonders and as low as they can be - while it plays really fine, we would personally recommend a refret for optimal playability. The back of the neck was polished up a bit, probably to make some of the wear blend in. The glue on the end of the fretboard had dissolved and was stabilized. A very nice specimen with the rare mahogany instead of maple neck! Weighs 3.8kg.
