Returns are accepted for a full refund minus shipping costs, provided the item is returned in the exact condition it was received.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our shop via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your guitar to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Safely repackage the instrument in its original shipping materials, ensuring all accessories, tags, and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label and ship the package via a tracked and insured carrier; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or misrepresented.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luthiers inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
