1978 Fender Jazz Bass wine red

1978 Fender Jazz Bass, wine red. Made in USA, serial number S842474. This bass was refinished in a vibrant wine red color (ie. slightly lighter than the usual late 70s wine red shade). It features a replacement pickguard and ca. 1990s Fender USA pickups, but looks to be otherwise original, the pots date to the 26th week of '78. Very good frets. This bass covers a wide spectrum of sounds, from extra funky to deep and warm. Comes with a 1990s Fender hardshell case. Weighs 4.5kg.
